To make returns:
Place the merchandise with the return slip into a return package.
Fill out the return slip that was included with your original order. The return slip is the middle section of the packing slip.
Simply tear along the perforation and indicate which item(s) you are returning.
Peel off the preaddressed shipping label and place it on the outside of the box.
Place the completed return slip in the box with the merchandise to be returned. Mail your return to:

Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit,
we recommend that you insure your package when sending it to us.
Your return will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Sorry, postage and insurance costs as well as your original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
You will be charged 25% for Restocking fee for any returned / refunded.
You will receive an e-mail notifying you that the return has been credited to your account.
Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.
